COMMITTEES

Sheriff's Citizens Academy Alumni Committees play a vital role in strengthening the bond between law enforcement and the community by fostering ongoing engagement and support. These committees allow graduates of Citizens Academy programs to remain active in public safety efforts, serving as advocates for the Sheriff's Office and as resources for their communities. Members often assist with events, provide volunteer support, and help educate the public about law enforcement's role and challenges, promoting transparency and trust. Ultimately, these committees ensure the mission of the Citizens Academy extends far beyond graduation, building long-term partnerships that enhance public safety and community cohesion.
